Hand drawn chilli table cards

I love a quirky table names theme at a wedding, so much more fun than just numbering them! Some of my favourites have included book titles/front covers, volcanoes, tube lines, insults (yes, really, we were on 'the losers'!) and 'animals the bride had accidentally hit with her car'.

For my friend's upcoming wedding she asked me to draw a selection of chillies for her. Now what I hadn't realised when I said yes was that she was ordering the printed cards beforehand for me to draw straight on to - so I had to be super careful to make sure I drew the right chilli on each card and there was NO room for mistakes, plus the card was pearlescent which meant I had to get the right combination of pencils and pen so that it wouldn't smudge/rub off - but I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out in the end.

I'm curious to see which table I end up on at the wedding!
